- The Your Gymnastics scheme is a continuous programme with a two week closure for Christmas. Lessons will not normally be scheduled on Bank Holidays.
- Your Trust will endeavour to provide consistency in the teachers delivering lessons; however, there may be occasions when this is not possible. All teachers covering lessons will have necessary qualifications to deliver the relevant sessions.
- When a gymnastics lesson cannot be provided due to a coach absence, Your Trust will endeavour to give as much notice as possible of any cancellation.
Refunds of fees will only be given if a gymnastics lesson cannot be provided. - The lessons are not transferable or refundable except as stated in the terms and conditions.
- Your lessons may be suspended at the discretion of Your Trust following a written request where:
5.1 Injury or illness prevents participation.
5.2 A medical condition not falling within 5.1 prevents participation and a medical certificate is produced.
5.3 Your Trust cannot guarantee upon return that there will be an appropriate space in a lesson for your child on their return. - Your Trust accepts no liability for breach of its obligations under this agreement, where that failure is attributed to:
6.1 The fault of the parent or pupil.
6.2 A third party unconnected with the provision of services under this agreement.
6.3 Events which neither the gymnastics programme nor its suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled even if it had taken all reasonable care. - Safety is of the highest importance and any child who behaves in a disruptive manner may be asked to sit out of the lesson.
- Your Trust reserves the right to amend direct debit payments; a 1 month advance notification will be given.
- A monthly fee is payable via direct debit. One month’s notice is required in writing to Your Trust on cancellation of gymnastics membership after the minimum agreement term.
