#Thrive is for children and young people aged up to 19 years old who are experiencing emotional health and wellbeing issues.
Lots of things can impact mental health & wellbeing and result in anxieties, uncertainties and worries in children and young
people. At times, most people need a little extra support.
#Thrive has lots of different types of support; offering advice to improve general lifestyle, counselling sessions, online courses or access to other types of support such as sport, drama, music or art.
It is important for children & young people to have a good support network around them, so we will always try to involve those who love and care (or who work with children & young people) in any support we provide. This does not necessarily need to be parents or siblings – it can be any trusted person who provides support and care.
#Thrive is delivered together with Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust and Youth In Mind.
