Maeve Rendle’s art covers a wide range of media, including performance, photography, video installation and text.

For this new ‘live’ performance (What cannot be turned aside) Rendle has taken inspiration from physicist David Bohm’s influential book, On Dialogue, in which he investigates the nature of thinking, and how thoughts, feelings, and memories shape our reality. Over the course of an hour and in front of a small audience, fifty-six performers will explore the alchemy of human communication in relation to recent political events.
