Your Trust venues and activities are available for the whole community. Our aim is to support as many people as possible to live active, creative, happy and healthy lives and we want to provide as much help and assistance as we can so that everyone can feel welcome and confident when visiting.
Information can be viewed below and also found on the venue page, but if you require any further assistance, our friendly team can help where needed.
If you have any questions, please contact us here selecting ‘Accessibility’ from the drop down menu, or please visit your chosen Your Trust venue and a member of the team will be able to show you around.

Access for Carers and Support Workers
Essential carers accompanying an individual to enable them to access our services are not charged for entry, as long as they are supporting the individual throughout rather than following their own exercise programme. A carer who wishes to participate in their own exercise programme or in a class alongside the person they support is very welcome, but normal charges will apply
Essential Companion Scheme
The Essential Companion Scheme aims to provide an accessible and inclusive facility for all events taking place at Middleton Arena and Heywood Civic Centre. The scheme is offered to those who require a companion to assist them in accessing the facilities to ensure the safety and enjoyment at live events.
