Kayaking & Canoeing
Kayaking is a perfect way for beginners to start watersports. A kayak is a small, narrow watercraft that is typically propelled by a double-bladed paddle.
Canoeing involves users moving through the water on a small craft, designed for either one or two people, with a single-bladed paddle.
Choose the right session for you; have fun, improve your technique and enjoy being on the water with friends.
Adult Kayaking Courses
Hollingworth Lake Activity Centre offers an introductory kayaking course several times a year.
All of our Paddlesport courses and activities are run in line with the guidelines of British Canoeing, the governing body for Paddlesports in Great Britain.
