Using original and replica items, explore the impacts of the Second World War on food and clothing. From rationing to ‘make-do-and-mend’, learn about what life was like on the home front and compare efforts to the recycling we do today.

For an extra cost, our knowledgeable and experienced museum facilitators can visit your school to deliver a 60-90 minute session filled with facts and information, additional objects and a craft activity.
