PE & School Sport

Physical Education, physical activity and school sports are essential components of a well-rounded educational experience, focusing on physical health, mental well-being, and the development of important life skills. Beyond the obvious health benefits, regular participation in sport and physical activity develops character, creates a sense of belonging and supports building personal resilience. Additionally, playing team sports has positive impacts on developing leadership and team-working skills.

The combination of PE and school sports fosters a comprehensive approach to student development. PE lays the foundation for physical literacy, while school sport builds upon this knowledge by offering opportunities to apply skills in real world competitive settings.

Our programmes aim to support the development of physical skills and fitness, as well as cultivate a lifelong passion for being active and healthy.
