We know that at times, our members may need to pause their membership. You can freeze your membership, free of charge, for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, or up to 6 months for medical reasons (proof required).
Please notify us at least 7 working days before your membership payment is due. Your freeze will start from your direct debit payment date.
