We currently work with a vast number of schools within the borough of Rochdale delivering PE and sports packages to suit the needs of the school.
All of our coaches have knowledge and experience of delivering activities to class size groups in KS1 and KS2 within primary school facilities.
Our staff have up to date first aid and safeguarding training as well as enhanced DBS check.
Balanceability
provides a learn to cycle programme for children in nursery and reception years. Through the development of balance and control, these fun sessions help children to build the ability to become competent cyclists at an early age.
Our week intensive course are aimed at children in EYFS. We bring in age appropriate balance bikes and equipment to give children the confidence and skills in their steps towards learning to ride.
Curriculum PE
Our Level 3 PE & School Sport specialists will deliver a broad range of activities following the PE curriculum, designed to inspire all pupils to excel and succeed. Our scheme of work includes gymnastics, dance and athletics as well as fundamentals, invasion games, striking, fielding and net games.
Extra-Curricular Activities
We deliver a wide range of sports and physical activity sessions that can take place at breakfast clubs, lunch time clubs or afterschool clubs.

Basketball, Netball, Football, Rugby, Lacross, Rounders, Cricket, Handball, Hockey, Athletics, Kabaddi, Tri-Golf, Frisbee, Boccia, New Age Kurling, Yoga, Mindfulness, Tennis, Gymnastics and Dodgeball.
F.R.E.S.H.
A 5 week health and wellbeing programme aimed at KS1 & KS2 pupils. The programme includes a variety of healthy eating workshops as well as weekly fun and energetic physical activity sessions.
Gymnastics
We offer specialised gymnastics coaching programmes delivered by British Gymnastics qualified coaches as well as opportunities to create school club links.
Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive exercise programmes available to children. Incorporating a number of different skills into one sport such as strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power and discipline. When a child takes part in gymnastics they are developing both their body and their mind.
Healthy Eating Workshops
In these workshops, we work with parents to explore healthy packed lunches, portion sizes for children and general healthy eating.
Interactive Nutrition Sessions
In these workshops, we work with KS2 children to learn about the Eatwell Guide – covering sugar and fat and being active. We can also tailor workshops to support topics being delivered in school.
Playmaker Award
The Playmaker Award is Sports Leaders UK primary school leadership award. Available to Year 5 and 6 pupils.
Children can build confidence through leadership, developing skills such as organisation, teamwork, communication and innovation. The aim is to give them the confidence to lead activities in class or in extra-curricular time, lunchtimes, breaks, as well as in sports clubs and competitions.
Sports Days, health and activity weeks
Our PE & School Sport specialists can help you design and implement your sports days, provide taster sessions as part of health and sports weeks as well as provide fun activities at school fairs.
Teacher CPD & Development
Our team can work with your teachers to upskill and develop confidence in the delivery of physical education. The CPD programme allows teachers to widen their knowledge of all areas of the PE curriculum across any key stage, providing support with planning, delivery and assessment.
YOGINI’s
Yoga and mindfulness sessions for children in Early Years Foundation Stage and KS1. The programme is based on ancient yoga techniques and sessions follow a traditional yoga format including warm up, postures and relaxation, to provide the routine and structure which supports learning and development.
Using images to represent postures, children as young as two are able to join in the sessions, learning to recognise the images and associated actions.
