Touchstones Rochdale is delighted to announce the recent award of a National Lottery Project Grant from Arts Council England towards the research, development and delivery of three major ‘co-creation’ projects (The Others, Whose Voice? and The Football Art Prize) over the next two years.
In the wake of the seismic societal shifts caused by the pandemic and Black Lives Matter, artists including Liz Collins, Simeon Barclay and Alix Harris will work on equal terms alongside staff and groups drawn from across our diverse communities to creatively explore decolonisation, queer culture and the links between art and ‘the beautiful game’.
Keep an eye on the What’s On section of the website for more details as these exciting projects take shape.
